ㅤ🌟 General Rules1. Please provide clear and well-organized references (send a link or attach reference images).2. Commercial use requires a license, which costs 2x the base price.3. I retain full copyright ownership of my artwork.4. I reserve the right to decline commissions that I am uncomfortable with or unable to complete.5. Clients are strictly prohibited from claiming my artwork as their own or modifying it without permission.6. The estimated turnaround time is 1-2 weeks, depending on the queue and complexity. It may be completed sooner or take longer depending on circumstances.7. If the client does not specify a deadline, I will complete the order as soon as possible based on the queue.8. If the client has a specific deadline, please state it clearly when ordering.

ㅤ🎨 Artist𖦹 I have the right to showcase the commission in my portfolio or on social media (with a watermark) unless it is a private commission.𖦹 I have the right to decline major revisions after the sketch has been approved.𖦹 I may decline or cancel an order if:ㅤ• The client is rude or difficult to communicate with.ㅤ• The commission contains content I am uncomfortable drawing.ㅤ• Personal reasons or emergencies prevent me from completing the order (in this case, a full refund will be issued).

🪙 Payment & Refund Policy𖦹 NO REFUNDS will be issued once the client receives the commission.𖦹 Payments in USD are only accepted via PayPal, while payments in IDR can be made through Dana, OVO, and GoPay.

ㅤ📌 Usage Policy𖦹 Personal Use: You may use the artwork for profile pictures, wallpapers, or personal prints. Reselling or claiming it as your own is strictly prohibited.𖦹 Private Commission: If you want your commission to remain unpublished, there is an additional fee (starting from $30 / Rp50,000).𖦹 Commercial Use: If the artwork will be used for merchandise, promotions, or monetized content, the price is 2x the base price.𖦹 I retain full copyright ownership of the artwork.𖦹 Strictly prohibited: Using my artwork for NFTs, AI training, or blockchain-related purposes.

ㅤ✍ Work Process𖦹 A 50% down payment (DP) is required after discussing the price before I begin the sketch.𖦹 Once the sketch is approved (acc sketch), full payment must be made before I proceed to rendering.𖦹 Minor revisions (color adjustments, small details, slight expression changes, etc.) = Free.𖦹 Major revisions after finalization (pose changes, composition alterations, etc.) = +50% of the base price (except if the mistake is mine, in which case revisions are free).𖦹 Progress updates will be sent in low resolution with a watermark.𖦹 The final artwork will be sent via email or Google Drive.

💰 Additional Fees𖦹 Detailed Background: Additional fee depending on complexity ($1 - $35 / Rp10,000 - Rp100,000).𖦹 Detailed props (swords, pets, item designs, etc.): Starting from $5+ / Rp25,000+.𖦹 Extra Characters: Each additional character costs 80% of the base price.𖦹 Revisions beyond the 2 free ones: ㅤ• Charges depend on complexity. ㅤ• Minor final revisions are free, but major revisions cost 50% of the base price, unless it's my mistake.𖦹 Commercial Use: Prices are 2x the base price (or +100% to +200% depending on the usage).𖦹 Priority Order (Rush Order): If you need it completed faster than 1-2 weeks, an extra fee applies (starting from $10+ / Rp50,000+, depending on the deadline).

ㅤ🚀 Express Commission (Rush Order)If you need your commission faster than the usual 1-2 weeks, you can request an express commission with an additional fee.Express Commission Rules:1. Completion time: Depending on complexity, express commissions can be finished within 3-7 days or even sooner.2. Additional fee:
ㅤ• +$10 / Rp50.000 (For completion within 5-7 days)ㅤ• +$20 / Rp100.000 (For completion within 3-4 days)+$30+ / Rp150.000+ (For urgent 1-2 day delivery, depending on complexity)3. Priority orders will be worked on first before regular commissions.4. I can only accept a limited number of express commissions at a time. If my schedule is full, I may reject rush requests.5. No major revisions after approval of the sketch phase, except for minor color/adjustments.

📋 Waitlist & Queue SystemI handle commissions based on a first-come, first-served system. However, priority orders will be completed faster depending on the additional fee paid.How the Waitlist Works1. After confirming your slot, your name will be added to the waitlist.2. I will notify you once I start working on your commission.3. You may ask about your queue position, but please do not rush me.4. Commissions may take 1-2 weeks to complete depending on complexity and queue length.5. If you need the commission faster, you can request a priority order (rush order) with an additional fee.6. If you decide to cancel before I notify you, please let me know ASAP so I can free up the slot for others.
